So as you know I am finally decorating my house. I have started with the great room, which includes the living room, dining room, and office. Below are all my major pieces I have selected. Enjoy!!!
This will be my TV stand, but in white. It's from Pier 1 and I like the vintage feel it has.
This dining table is from West Elm. It has been reduced to $399. I'm hoping there is another reduction in the near future. I'm still undecided on the dining chairs. The table is black which I like. I'm not sure about a white dining table with a two year old.
This ottoman is from Room and Board. They have gorgeous furniture!!! I like the idea of a cocktail ottoman instead of a classic table. It provides more seating and adds a pop of color. This should be pretty over my tan rug.
I really want this style chandelier over my dining table. I love the shade with the crystals. It's a perfect balance of masculine/feminine. Unfortunately this chandelier is $4000, no I'm not kidding. So the plan is for a cheaper version but at this point I'm still looking.
This will be my dining room console or buffet, whichever you call it. I love the trellis print. I found this on a random online site, but the reviews were great so I plan to make an order in the near future.
Overall these are my design picks and with a few accessories the room will be done. I hope to have everything finished by mid January. I will add more pics as I find things. More to come...
